1. Evaluation Period (Free Trial)

We believe in a "try before you buy" approach. Every user has access to a comprehensive Free Trial, allowing you to fully test TimeNavi's features and integrations before making a commitment to a paid subscription.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To ensure total satisfaction, TimeNavi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for both monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Eligibility: You may cancel your initial purchase and request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date without providing a reason
  • Statutory Rights: This policy encompasses and extends the statutory 14-day cooling-off period required by Consumer Contracts Regulations in the UK and EU
  • How to Request a Refund: To exercise your right to a refund, please email our support team at team@timenavi.com within 30 days of your purchase
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

3. Plan Changes and Downgrades

  • Final Sale After 30 Days: All payments made after the initial 30-day guarantee period are final and non-refundable
  • Downgrades: If you choose to reduce your licence count or move to a lower tier during an active billing cycle, no cash refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your pre-paid fees

4. Subscription Termination and Access

  • Cancellation: You may terminate your subscription at any time via your Account Settings
  • Continued Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all features of your current plan until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Reversion to Free Tier: Following the expiration of the paid period, your account will automatically revert to the Free Tier
  • No Partial Refunds: No partial refunds or pro-rata returns are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle once the 30-day guarantee period has lapsed

5. Discretionary Exceptions

Refunds requested after the 30-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis at TimeNavi's sole discretion. Such exceptions are generally limited to documented, critical technical failures that our team is unable to resolve within 7 consecutive business days.

6. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact our support team at team@timenavi.com to resolve any billing discrepancies amicably. We find that most issues can be resolved much faster and more effectively through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute without prior communication with TimeNavi may lead to the immediate suspension of your account and services.
